Two weeks later Imperial vessels appeared above Romulus andRemus. The Terrans destroyed Remus withmolecular disassociators, which resulted in tectonic activity on Romulus. The Empire offered Romulus to become a subject world, supplying natural resources,workers andtaxes and receiving moderate changes to their laws to reflect the new affiliation.
