During theBorg Invasion of 2381, Hegol's duties included offering aid to those who lost family in the attacks, or those who were injured aboard ship. Hegol moved through the triage areas of Sickbay after one particular attack at theAzure Nebula, and his soothing words maintained calm order, even thoughDoctorBeverly Crusher wished he had some sort of medical experience and could physically aid the wounded.
