It was originally used incryogenic laboratories to stimulate production ofepinephrine andnorepinephrine in theHumanbrain, allowingnerve transmission to be restored to the frozenHuman body.^[2]
• Theuniversal atmospheric element compensator makes a significant contribution tobioengineering, created at theLoonkerian outpost onKlendth in 1987.Spock was quizzed about this in amemory test in2286.^[3]
