Robert Sabaroff (9 July193519 September2007; age 72) was a television writer who wrote theStar Trek: The Original Seriessecond season episode "The Immunity Syndrome". He later co-wrote the story (withKarl Guers andRalph Sanchez) and wrote the teleplay for theStar Trek: The Next Generationfirst season episode "Home Soil" and wrote the story for TNG's "Conspiracy".

Sabaroff co-created theMGM seriesThen Came Bronson, which ran onNBC for one season from 1969 through 1970. The series was produced by formerStar Trek producersRobert H. Justman andHerb Solow. In addition, he wrote for such television shows asDeath Valley Days,The Virginian,Bonanza,The High Chaparral,The Invaders, andThe Equalizer. He also wrote the screenplay for the 1968 MGM filmThe Split (which featured an appearance byBarry Russo).

Sabaroffdied of leukemia on19 September2007 at the age of 72.[1][2]
