Believing The Doctor decompiled, they detainedHarry Kim andSeven of Nine on charges of transporting photonics and "biogenic material", i.e.spores that The Doctor was studying. The Doctor had in fact hidden himself within Seven of Nine'scybernetic matrix, and, using her body, was able to establish a rapport with the Lokirrim crew.
AnotherLokirrim warship also attackedUSSVoyager after detecting the activity of itsholodecks. SinceVoyager significantly outgunned the Lokirrim,CaptainJaneway was able to negotiate safe passage in return for shutting down the holodecks. (VOY: "Body and Soul")

The Lokirrim uniforms were previously used as ranger uniforms inJonathan Frakes'Star Trek spoofStar Patrol! in2000.
According to theStar Trek Adventures - Delta Quadrant sourcebook, the Lokirrim homeworld is called Lokirr.
