Diamond Farnsworth
Diamond Farnsworth (born7 October1949; age 76) is a stuntman, stunt actor and stunt coordinator who doubledScott Bakula in several episodes ofStar Trek: Enterprise. He received no credit for this work.
Farnsworth is the son of late actor and stuntmanRichard Farnsworth and the father of stuntwoman Courtney K. Farnsworth. He has stunt doubled for stars such asSylvester Stallone,Bruce Davison, andDavid James Elliott. Currently, Farnsworth is serving as Board Member of the Stuntmen's Association of Motion Pictures.[1]
He was the stunt coordinator forQuantum Leap (1989-91, starring Scott Bakula andDean Stockwell),JAG (1995-2004), andNCIS (2003-07) and a stunt double for Scott Bakula in several films and television series, includingQuantum Leap,Lord of Illusions,Color of Night, andMr. & Mrs. Smith.
In 2008, Farnsworth received an Emmy Award nomination for the stunt coordination of theNCIS episode "Requiem" (2007), for whichHeidi Moneymaker,Steve Kelso andPaul Lacovara performed stunts.
Among his stunt performing resume are films such asRollerball (1975, withJohn Beck, andRobert Ito),First Blood (1982, withJohn McLiam andDavid L.
