A total of 1,062 student-athletes have been honored by the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference with selection to the league’s Winter/Spring 2025 All-Academic team that was released earlier today by Commissioner Angela Baumann.
34 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) student-athletes have been honored for their outstanding sportsmanship as members of the 2025 Spring Sportsmanship Teams.
Brooke Grassia and Ellie Etemad-Gilbertson of Framingham State and Maddy Teta of MCLA have been named to the 2025 National Fast Pitch Coaches Association All-Regions Teams as announced by the NFCA this week.
After a battle in the opening round action versus Moravian to begin their NCAA Regional, the Worcester State Softball team (27-13, 9-5) looked to keep their hopes alive versus the Eastern University Eagles (29-10, 12-2) of the Commonwealth Conference. The two teams share a common opponent in Clark University whom both teams claimed victories off of.

Worcester State’s Emma Lanpher and Westfield State’s Katherine Canty have been named the 2025 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference Softball Player and Pitcher of the Year and head up the all-conference squad which is voted on by the coaches from around the conference.
