History
Vince Granetti was a man who ran a company called Consolidated Importers which used the company to run drugs through theFlorida Keys into the United States. His company attempted a buyout of Newell Industries for whichJanet Van Dyne was one of the principal shareholders. She refused to sell and instead bought out the other shareholders' stake. Granetti was confronted bySpider-Man who admitted to hiringPaladin to convince her to sell to him.[1]
