Doctor Doom was present atAvengers Tower in order to devise a plan of stopping theCelestialExitar the Executioner from destroying theEarth.[2]
He along with the rest of the group put together byIron Man helped construct and maintain a force field generator which was meant to project a shield around the entire planet in hopes that it would hold off Exitar's attacks.
