"Fourth Cosmos" is the denomination given to the fourthiteration of existence and thirdMultiverse. It is a defunct Multiverse that no longer exists. It came after the end of theThird Cosmos.^[1]

It was a primal reality made of patterns and inhabited by archetypal beings who represent the templates and patterns seen in theheroes andvillains of the future iterations of the Multiverse, recognizably theSeventh/Eighth Cosmos. The Archetypes communicated in an abstract-like language.^[2]

The Sentience of the Fourth Cosmos was known as thePilgrim, who carried the Archetypes into theMystery when the Fourth Cosmos ended.^[2] The Pilgrim then became the Queen of Nevers, who interacts with the current Multiverse from outside of it as its embodiment of possibility.^[3]

As part of therenewal cycle, after the Fourth Cosmos ended, it was replaced by theFifth Cosmos.^[4][1]
