Synopsis for "40-Year-Old Franklin!"

It's Franklin's birthday and all he wants is a dog. When his parents tell him he can have one when he's older he heads off to his room upset only to meet an older version of himself who introduces him to Puppy, one of Lockjaws grandpups. He explains that since he knew he always wanted a dog and that Puppy was his first ever he would come back and show his youngerself. Older Franklin also explains that Puppy has the ability to travel in both time and space which he demonstrates by taking younger Franklin across time before he finishes a full sentence. Older Franklin then says to enjoy his time with Puppy since he knew he always wanted one which gives Franklin an idea. He has the older Franklin state that unless Puppy is given to his younger self it will break the space time continuum. His dad allows it and thus Franklin got a Puppy for his birthday.
