Francisco "Chio" Fuentes was an undocumented immigrant in theUnited States. He worked hard, and only had his dogChupi for company. When he came across a scene of one crack addict murdering another over a rock, she screamed for the police and blamed Chupi for the killing. Not being legal, Chio ran carrying his dog, but they were hit by a bus and killed. Chio was resurrected and merged with Chupi byBlackheart as Doghead, one of hisSpirits of Vengeance.[3][4]
