The Encephalotron Command Chair was a chair with a bubble enclosure overhanging it created byI.S.A.A.C. forVision. If Vision sat in the chair and placed his head in the enclosure, he could assume control of Earth's computer systems.[1] Vision had been hesitant to use the device because of the power and personal sacrifice involved but after a conversation withCaptain America about their duty to save humanity, Vision felt compelled to do so and uses the device after sending the otherAvengers way on a mission.[2] While using the device and in his electronic form, he encountered and battled withQuasimodo.[3]
The other Avengers eventually discovered where he was hiding and after speaking with multiple holographic images of him, convinced him of the error of his ways and helped free him from the chair.[4]See Also
