Synopsis for "Chain of Command!"
As acting Avengers chairman, the Vision tries to quell public panic during his missing teammates' absence. Days later, the six Avengers and the other vanished costumed heroes reappear in Central Park. The team then holds a meeting at which the Wasp unexpectedly surrenders the chairmanship to the Vision. The android Avenger then proposes the establishment of a second team on the west coast, headed by Hawkeye, in response to the new threat of the alien Dire Wraiths.
