       wmemcpy — copy wide characters in memory

SYNOPSIS        top

       #include <wchar.h>       wchar_t *wmemcpy(wchar_t *restrictws1, const wchar_t *restrictws2,           size_tn);

DESCRIPTION        top

       The functionality described on this reference page is aligned with       the ISO C standard. Any conflict between the requirements       described here and the ISO C standard is unintentional. This       volume of POSIX.1‐2017 defers to the ISO C standard.       Thewmemcpy() function shall copyn wide characters from the       object pointed to byws2 to the object pointed to byws1.  This       function shall not be affected by locale and allwchar_tvalues       shall be treated identically. The null wide character andwchar_t       values not corresponding to valid characters shall not be treated       specially.       Ifn is zero, the application shall ensure thatws1 andws2 are       valid pointers, and the function shall copy zero wide characters.

RETURN VALUE        top

       Thewmemcpy() function shall return the value ofws1.
