       sigaddset — add a signal to a signal set

SYNOPSIS        top

       #include <signal.h>       int sigaddset(sigset_t *set, intsigno);

DESCRIPTION        top

       Thesigaddset() function adds the individual signal specified by       thesigno to the signal set pointed to byset.       Applications shall call eithersigemptyset() orsigfillset() at       least once for each object of typesigset_tprior to any other use       of that object. If such an object is not initialized in this way,       but is nonetheless supplied as an argument to any ofpthread_sigmask(),sigaction(),sigaddset(),sigdelset(),sigismember(),sigpending(),sigprocmask(),sigsuspend(),sigtimedwait(),sigwait(), orsigwaitinfo(), the results are       undefined.

RETURN VALUE        top

       Upon successful completion,sigaddset() shall return 0; otherwise,       it shall return -1 and seterrno to indicate the error.

ERRORS        top

       Thesigaddset() function may fail if:EINVALThe value of thesigno argument is an invalid or              unsupported signal number.The following sections are informative.
