selabel_digest() performs an operation on the handlehnd, returning the results of the SHA1 digest pointed to bydigest, whose length will bedigest_len. The list of specfiles used in the SHA1 digest calculation is returned inspecfiles with the number of entries innum_specfiles. To enableselabel_digest() to return this information theSELABEL_OPT_DIGESToption must be enable inselabel_open(3). The result ofselabel_digest() must not be used afterselabel_close(3).
On success, zero is returned. On error, -1 is returned anderrno is set appropriately.
