       iconv_close — codeset conversion deallocation function

SYNOPSIS        top

       #include <iconv.h>       int iconv_close(iconv_tcd);

DESCRIPTION        top

       Theiconv_close() function shall deallocate the conversion       descriptorcd and all other associated resources allocated byiconv_open().       If a file descriptor is used to implement the typeiconv_t, that       file descriptor shall be closed.

RETURN VALUE        top

       Upon successful completion, 0 shall be returned; otherwise, -1       shall be returned anderrno set to indicate the error.

ERRORS        top

       Theiconv_close() function may fail if:EBADFThe conversion descriptor is invalid.The following sections are informative.
