Liveblocks uses subprocessors to assist in providing our services, some of whichmay not apply to every customer. A subprocessor is a third party data processorengaged by Liveblocks who agrees to receive personal data from us intended forprocessing activities to be carried out (i) on behalf of Liveblocks customers;(ii) in accordance with customer instructions as communicated by Liveblocks; and(iii) in accordance with the terms of a written contract between Liveblocks andthe subprocessor.
