Liveblocks, Inc. (“Liveblocks”, “we”, “us”, “our”) takes your privacy seriously.This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and share personal informationin connection with your use of the website (the “Service” or “Services”).
We provide additional information for European residents below.
Personal Information We Collect
Information you provide to us.
- Account information, such as your first and last name, email and mailingaddresses, phone number and date of birth.
- Communications that we exchange with you, including when you contact uswith questions, feedback, comments or otherwise.
- Payment data needed to complete your orders on or through the Services.
- Marketing data, such as your preferences for receiving our marketingcommunications, and details about your engagement with them.
Automatic data collection. We and our service providers may automaticallylog information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interactionover time with the Services, our communications and other online services, suchas:
- Device data, such as your computer’s or mobile device’s operating systemtype and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, RAMand disk size, CPU usage, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address,unique identifiers (including identifiers used for advertising purposes),language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (e.g.,WiFi, LTE, 3G), and general location information such as city, state orgeographic area.

Processing of Personal Information in the U.S.
We are headquartered in the United States with affiliates and services providersthat operate in other countries. Your personal information may therefore beprocessed in the United States or transferred to other locations.
Security
We employ a number of technical, organizational and physical safeguards designedto protect the personal information we collect. However, no security measuresare failsafe and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.
Children
The Services is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. If welearn that we have collected personal information through the Services from achild under 13 without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian as requiredby law, we will delete it.

Controller. Liveblocks is the controller of your personal informationcovered by this Privacy Policy for purposes of European data protectionlegislation.

Processing of personal information in the United States. To provide ourservices we will process your personal information in the United States for thepurposes we have set out in this Privacy Policy. If such processing involves thetransfer of personal information to the United States in a manner governed byEuropean data protection law, the transfer will be performed pursuant to theapplicable requirements of the law, such as standard contractual clauses, theindividual’s consent, or in other circumstances permitted by European dataprotection law.
Data retention. We retain personal information for as long as necessary tofulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes ofsatisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, to establish ordefend legal claims, or for fraud prevention purposes.
