Abstract
Technological advancements have impacted many aspects of life, and education is no exception. Classrooms, paperwork, and face-to-face meetings have been staples of traditional education. However, technological advancements have entirely altered the same educational system. Students’ ability to use technology at their fingertips is emphasized in new educational contexts known as “smart learning” and “smart education.” However, when AI is used with smart learning, it can significantly impact it. The role of AI in transforming smart learning is discussed in this chapter.
