Abstract
We describe a case of acute life-threatening 3,4-Methyl-enedioxy-methamphetamine toxicity with multi-organ failure and rhabdomyolysis. However, his muscle biopsy at the peak of CK elevation was unrevealing. This case demonstrates the importance of understanding muscle biopsy indications, performing muscle biopsy at a right time, and choosing a right muscle for biopsy.
