Abstract
The EDGE program has had a profound effect on hundreds of people in the mathematics community. Women who have been involved with the EDGE program were asked to briefly describe the impact the EDGE program has had on them. (Informed consent to publish was obtained for all quotes included in this chapter.) We received an outpouring of feedback. Common themes include inspiration, community, support, and the power of mentoring. We invite the reader to enjoy these insights into the meaningful connections formed through the EDGE program.
