A mysterious golden letter is sent to a select number of people... Its contents are unknown.
Project Kat is a short, unconventional RPG horror game in which there is always another way. Solve puzzles, make friends (or not), and guide Kat as she attempts to uncover the mystery behind a strange golden letter.
This is a story-based puzzle game where each puzzle has multiple solutions and outcomes! There is always another way.
The game is playable in about 45 minutes and contains multiple endings depending on your actions.
This is the prologue to Paper Lily, the full game (currently in development), but it's also a standalone story that can be enjoyed on its own.

Just kidding it's really not that bad. But still it's a horror game :)

Me encanta y me fascina la dedicacion que le dan a este juego. Desde que empece a manejarme en pc hace unos dias no sabia bien que hacer, asi que comence a investigar sobre juegos de este estilo, ya que, son de mis favoritos. Hasta que encontre Project Kat y me encanto cada segundo del gameplay. Me entristecio un poco ver que ya habia terminado todos los finales de Project Kat, hasta que me entere que habia una secuela: Paper Lily. Desde entonces, estoy apoyando este proyecto con muchas ansias esperando a que llegue el segundo capitulo de Paper Lily!!! Realmente amo su trabajo y espero que sigan asi, les deseo lo mejor y gracias por crear una bella obra llamada Project Kat/Paper Lily <3❤️ /

I absolutely love and admire the dedication you put into this game. Since I recently started using a PC, I didn’t really know what to do at first, so I began looking for games in this style—because they’re some of my favorites. That’s when I discovered Project Kat, and I loved every second of the gameplay.
I felt a little sad when I realized I had already completed all the endings in Project Kat—until I found out there was a sequel: Paper Lily. Since then, I’ve been supporting this project with great excitement, eagerly waiting for Chapter 2 of Paper Lily to arrive!

this game is so peak i first played this around the time it was released when i was in middle school and i think that was the scariest game i have ever played around that time i dont know why i was TERRIFIED and i only got one ending . im so happy that i got to rediscover this and i also get to find out that its also the prologue for paper lily which is another cool game that im obsessed with !! i was supposed to leave this review like 2 months ago but i totes forgot lmao
