Percipio Overview
For a general overview of what Percipio has to offer learners, and to get comfortable with the new user interface, viewthis tutorial.
 

Who can use the Skillsoft program?
The Skillsoft Percipio platform offered by ACM is available to all current ACM Professional and Student Members.

Trouble logging in?

• When you are on the Skillsoft Login Page, make sure you enter yourACM Username (notyour ACM Email Address).
• If you are getting an error logging in, try clearing out your cookies or running your browser in "Incognito" mode. On the login screen, check “Don’t remember login,” which will prevent cookies from being saved on your computer.
• Please check to make sure your browser and system are configured properly with Percipio, or if you are on a mobile devicecheck here. If your system is configured properly and you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact [email protected] or call ACM Member Services:

Certification Questions?
Many of Skillsoft’s courses are aligned with popular Tech and Business certifications, and accredited for CEU/PDU credits—including PMI, CompTIA, EXIN (ITIL), IIBA (CBAP), and Information Systems Security—(ISC)². Neither ACM nor Skillsoft provide vendor certifications or credits directly. Information on eligible courses and process can be foundhere.

Mobile Access
You can access Percipio on iOS and Android devices. The Percipio mobile app extends the learning experience to supported phones and tablets and allows for offline download of eBooks. You can get more infohere.

You can access Skillsoft Percipio using the Percipio mobile app as follows:

1. Download and install the Percipio App from Apple Store or Google Play.
2. You'll be prompted to enter your site name. Make sure you enteracmand that the URL readsacm.percipio.com. ClickNext.
3. On the next screen, you will be prompted to enter your ACM web account username and password. 
4. Once you are logged into Percipio, you will be able to indicate your technical interest areas in order to personalize your learning experience. You can also skip this part and/or come back to it later.

Do I need Java?
As of September 9, 2015 the ACM Skillsoft Library is accessible completely Java-free provided you are accessing via HTML5 compatible browser, and you are not utilizing the option to download courses for play offline (via the Skillsoft Course Manager module).

Skillsoft will end support for the Internet Explorer browser on September 7, 2021. Supported browsers include Chrome, Edge, FireFox, and Safari.
