In this module, you begin creating a Microsoft Power Platform solution, which revolves around a real estate company and its operations. Your first step is to start with a Power Apps canvas app that the real estate agents use to manage their properties. The data for this app is stored in an Excel file, and you can use the AI Copilot Excel to App functionality to create the app. Additionally, you’ll use Power Apps Ideas to generate and accelerate the formula writing experience to add more functionality to the app.

In this module, you explore Copilot in Power Apps generating a Dataverse table of data from natural language and create a new app within Power Apps based on that data.
This module covers how to create flows by using Copilot in Power Automate. Learn how to refine your flow by using Copilot and how to use the format through example AI capabilities. Copilot in Power Automate helps you automate tedious tasks and save time. It's user-friendly and helps you create workflows faster and more efficiently.
This module introduces the Create text with GPT using a prompt capability in AI Builder, and it briefly describes how to write instructions and use the model in Power Automate.

In this module, you expand the Real Estate solution by creating a Power Pages website that showcases the real estate properties amongst other things. You use Copilot in Power Pages to generate pages, sections, forms, data, and text. Additionally, you will use Copilot to generate a color theme for the website.
This module describes how to create a copilot for a real estate solution using natural language in Copilot Studio. Copilot Studio uses the power of GPT to generate topics, trigger phrases, and responses for your copilot. This module also briefly covers how to use the Generative Answers feature to improve your copilot responses.
