Enabling an entity for scheduling allows dispatchers to schedule the requirements related to that entity to the matching resources.
In Resource Scheduling, change to theSettings area. UnderScheduling, selectAdministration. SelectEnable Resource Scheduling for Entities.

In theEnable New Entity section, underAdd Entity, choose an entity from the list.
Tip
If the entity you want to enable doesn't show in list, update theCan be customized setting toTrue forthe managed property.
ForBooking Relationship andRequirement Relationship, chooseCreate New Relationship. Or, if you have an existing relationship to thebookable resource booking orresource requirement entities, select it.
SelectPublish Customization.
Turn off scheduling for a previously enabled entity.
In Resource Scheduling, change to theSettings area. UnderScheduling, selectAdministration. SelectEnable Resource Scheduling for Entities.
In theEnabled Entities section, double-click the entity you want to disable.

A new tab with the booking setup metadata for the selected entity opens. SelectDeactivate in the command bar and confirm the deactivation.
Edit booking settings for entities you enabled for scheduling.
In Resource Scheduling, change to theSettings area. UnderScheduling, selectAdministration. SelectEnable Resource Scheduling for Entities.
In theEnabled Entities section, double-click the entity you want to edit. A new tab with the booking setup metadata for the selected entity opens.

In theAttribute Mapping section, choose values on the target entity that match with the requirement fields.
