This update is compatible with 0.5.0, so updating is optional but recommended.

  • Added: New shadow system using cascaded shadow maps

  • Fixed: Changed the server port to prevent leaderboard access being restricted on certain networks

  • Fixed: Only camera resetting if resetting after passing unrespawnable checkpoint on mobile
  • Fixed: Context menu would open when clicking the editor height selection buttons on touch screens
  • Fixed: Editor height selection button effects getting stuck when using touch screen
  • Fixed: Car texture disappearing after graphics context was lost
  • Fixed: Removed horizontal scroll in track selection on mobile
  • Fixed: Leaderboard go to position button scrolling whole web page when the game is embedded
  • Fixed: Preload fonts to prevent unstyled font being visible while loading
  • Optimized: Skidmark calculation
  • Optimized: .ogg & .mp3 formats are now used for audio instead of .flac
