The Manager shall not be liable for any loss ordamage suffered by the Company (whether general or special, direct or consequential, arising from breach of contract, tort or otherwise at law or in equity, or pursuant to any statute, regulation or by-law. 매니저는 회사가 입은 손해 - 그 손해가 일반손해인지 특별손해인지, 직접 손해인지 결과 손해인지 여부와 법률, 형평법, 또는 기타 규정, 조례 등에 의한 계약의 위반, 불법행위 혹은 기타 원인으로 인한 것인지 여부는 불문하고 -에 대하여 어떠한 책임도 지지 아니한다.
