존 호턴 콘웨이(영어:John Horton ConwayIPA: [d͡ʒɒn ˈhɔːɹtən ˈkɒnwweɪ],1937년12월 26일 ~2020년4월 11일)는유한군,매듭 이론,수론,조합론적 게임 이론,블록 부호 이론 등에 업적을 남긴영국 출신수학자이다.케임브리지 대학교를 졸업했으며, 죽기 전까지프린스턴 대학교의 수학과 교수였다.세포 자동자의 유명한 예인라이프 게임과읽고 말하기 수열로 대중에게도 알려져 있다.
