In late February 2025, @Hole_Next_Door posted a now-deleted video in which he pulls down a pair of jeans, spreads his anus to the camera, gapes it and farts. The video has been re-uploaded several times, including by X^[2] user @starianagrandx.

The video inspired posts on X that allude to it, with the image of him about to pull his jeans down also inspiring memes. On February 26th, X^[3] user @frecklefruit posted, "that hole guy is so gorgeous i love him," garnering over 24,000 likes in two days.

On the same day, X^[4] user @MonicaJewinsky posted a photo of Hole Next Door in his jeans, about to pull them down, next to a photo of an elderly man in a nearly identical SKIMS outfit, garnering over 5,400 likes in two days.

On February 27th, X^[5] user @legendpoe posted four SFW photos of Hole Next Door, writing, "yall can bully him (and me) all you want I WANT TO DATE HIM HES SO BEAUTIFUL LIKE PLEASE @ TWT USER HOLE NEXT DOOR I WANT YOU," garnering over 2,700 likes in a day.
