Roo, "Mushroommates"

Roo is a minor character in the seriesKiff. She is the leader of a colony of biting mushrooms who briefly invaded the backyard of theChatterley residence.

Profile[]

Roo is the leader of a colony of highly intelligent biting mushrooms, which also includes her fatherCedric. As an invasive species, the biting mushrooms roamTable Town in search of new spaces to invade. Roo leads the colony because of, and not in spite of, her young age, with Cedric explaining that in a more highly evolved society like theirs, "obviously children are in charge."

Personality[]

Despite being a child, Roo is a fierce and aggressive leader who is more than capable of leading her fellow mushrooms in governance and combat.Kiff andMartin learn this the hard way when the mushrooms invade the backyard of theChatterley residence in "Mushroommates", with the two being repeatedly outmaneuvered in their quest to reclaim the backyard. At the episode, however, when Kiff relents and tells the mushrooms they can stay, Roo promptly decides to evacuate the colony, as it goes against their nature as invasive creatures to stay where they are wanted.

As a biting mushroom, Roo has a natural dislike of smooth jazz music, a weakness that Kiff and Martin attempt to exploit while trying to make the mushrooms leave.
