Who am I?

Hi! I'm Jason, the solo developer behind the Mythic GME 2e digital apps. For nine years, I taught computer science to high school students, diving into all kinds of game and app development. After getting married and moving in mid-2024, I had the opportunity to "stop dreaming and start doing." I took the plunge into solo app development, and I've had a blast ever since.

It's been such a privilege and honor to work with Tana and the whole Mythic community to create an app that truly resonates with Mythicers everywhere. More than 50% of the app's changes and improvements have come directly from feedback from this incredible community.

To keep development going, my wife and partner has graciously given me a financial runway to make this work possible. Every purchase allows development to continue, new features to be shipped, and eventually more apps to be developed (looking at you, Crafter series!)

NOTE ON MACOS VERSION: The Itch.io macOS release does not include any IAP. It works just like the Windows and Linux versions--it has all content and features fully unlocked. Additionally, it does not support the iCloud Sync feature that the Mac app store version supports as this requires authentication with Apple. However, it does support selecting a custom save location which can be an iCloud Drive folder if you desire. 

• Minimum supported macOS hardware: M1 with 8GB of RAM. 
• Or Intel based Mac on macOS 10.15 or newer (untested on my end but the binary supports Intel Macs). 

NOTE ON LINUX SUPPORT: As a solo developer, my ability to support Linux is limited.  While the app is built in a way to use standard libraries that are included in the operating system wherever possible, I can't guarantee compatibility with your specific setup. Please reach out if you are having issues. Here's a few pointers to get started:

• Minimum required Ubuntu version (with standard libraries from this version of the OS) is Ubuntu 20.04. (You can use this as a guide to judge if your Debian-based Linux will run the app, even if you are not using Ubuntu.)
