When you "remove" a gallery, this one becomes hidden. To show again just press "New Gallery" and set the same name and will appear again. If you not remember the name no worry, go to the Gallery folder tab inside the tool and check the names.
Using the polygon creator you can set the number of vertices using the box in the left on the "shapes" tab.
Drag and drop colors from Fill/Stroke to slots in tha palette or from the palette to fill/stroke.
Style and FX tab are in progress and will be updated in next versions.
