[Unreal] [Designer/Programmer] Looking for paid projects

How much would it cost to program a 13k word visual novel with 121 fullscreen images, 28 quick time events, sound effects, and music? There are no sprites, only text with full screen images, and no choices or any mini games beyond the tap here, slide there quick time events. Thank you. Take care.
