Hello, nothing you'd have to apologize for.
I mean I'm not a lawyer but what I've read about CC and how I took timings of sections of your music and integrated those into my code to sync dancers, etc. sounds a lot like what they describe as a derivative work.
Anyhow, I didn't expect an instant response like this let alone you actually changing the license. You're my hero of the day. Thank you kindly :)
I know 13.37 is but a small token of appreciation but still hope it gets you a tiny step closer to your Kpop singer :)
This would have been a perfect fit for my project. Unfortunately CC-ND prohibits use - or more precisely prohibits sharing this project with the public. Because the FAQ (https://creativecommons.org/faq/#what-is-an-adaptation ) says:
"Under CC licenses, synching music in timed relation with a moving image is always considered an adaptation, whether or not it would be considered so under applicable law."
I would think that the display of ladies dancing to this music qualifies as "syncing music in timed relation with a moving image".
