This was really fun to play through! I enjoyed the integration of the websites into it all, and how there was no real guidance at all.
The last puzzle took a bit to figure out. Somebody in my Twitch chat mostly solved it lol. Took me ages to figure out how to use the final answer, though. Wasn't until I said "Screw it" that I realized that the action I took was what you were actually supposed to do.
here are clues to make solving the puzzles easier not a guide on how to "finish" the game.
------SPOILER-----------
1.The note mention's the time for both D2 and event elev.
2.The urls are real.
2.The Docs have hidden massages, look for glitches.
4.to dechiper understand correspondence.
5.The first c is actually for before activating the sequence.
6.to solve the equation, remember the Clock's sequence(Don't count the zero when solving.)
FANTASTIC GAME!!!
Thank you for all the love and care into this one. I've been needing some good puzzles for a while!
------SPOILER-----------
Keep your eyes and ears peeled for August 4th.
Neat little easter egg in one of the files on the computer. Take the code and put it into the ID number in your browser.
I had an amazing time playing your game, Mojiken! I really can't overstate how hooked I was. I love the style, I love the story, I loved the puzzles. Is this inspired by Katana Zero?
*Maybe a spoiler??? Following 3,2,1:**
I have to admit that I solved the last thing using chatGPT. I only had a minute remaining in my day when I got the third report, so I quickly entered it in GPT and it solved it.
Anyway, really great job.
This was a fun short experience. The puzzles aren't too crazy difficult beyond needing a sheet of paper and some time. Pausing the game DOES stop the timer, which was crucial for copying down some of the clues without so many resets. Nails the time-loop gimmick along with production quality.
MINOR SPOILER
I ended up finding the GitHub for the companion website though, so I found the cipher out of order. In the long run, it didn't ruin the experience though.
Would be cool to see an RPG YouTuber like ManlyBadassHero play this.
Hey I really enjoyed this game and i'm surprised I haven't heard about it more. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and feeling that the game give 10/10. The only complaint I have is that some of the puzzles? were too hard :( I spent like 40 minutes stuck on one part lol. anyways I made a gameplay video on this I hope you can check it out thanks!
SPOILER
I "finished" the game and I'm arrived at the point that all is WORK WORK WORK WORK.
I can't buy that this is the end, apart from the popup message, there are still the CREDITS unresolved and the coffee machine. I don't know, it feels deeper.
@mojiken there is a way to reset the game to try for more, or I've finished it and I'll only lose time?
I totally skipped the clock hint and judging by the other comments it was sheer luck I did it in time.
Anyway, great game, it was really fun and engaging, thanks!
Cool game!
...but...
Anywayscool game10/10 !!!!
By the way, I'm reading other comments and they say that if you turn the game on again after finishing it a black screen is supposed to open and a sound but when I try it just deletes the game's executable.
This test was crazy, the way it plays with game mechanics and go beyond to do puzzles similar to an arg felt so fascinating and satisfying.
I do have a thing that made me irritated,
The puzzle for the reboot of the computer is kind of confusing. For reminder a set of letters like c,a,b,d etc.. corresponds to an order to activate a computer. It's hard to guess that the first computer corresponds to a first input. So if u screwed up your last letter on your first try you have to do the order of computers 2 times to get it right because of the 1st letter not being in the cycle. (sorry if I'm not clear)
this is frustrating because of the time limit.
Anyway it still is a game I loved and recommand even though it demands a lot of dedication.
Fun experiance! The puzzles were really fun! I felt really smart for solving a bunch of them. The art and the atmosphere are really well done, and even the way the itch page is written/designed helps draw you into the world.

I got through everything relatively smoothly until I got the third report. Had to watch a guide to figure out what the solution to that was. I might have been able to solve the final puzzle but the "clock" hint was a little too cryptic for me personally. Maybe if the lobby clock was in base 10 it would have been easy to notice that your clock was wrong which is clearly a hint, but the reason to the time difference wouldn't be obvious at first.
Need more breaking 4th wall🏃 i wish breaking 4th wall get more upgrade and look good.
I played it with a friend while sharing information with a friend.
The mystery part was quite difficult and the glitch factor was a bit scary but very enjoyable!
The pixel art of the houses, trains, and workplaces is great, and the sound effects and special effects that complement it are good and add to the atmosphere of the game.
It was a really nice gaming experience.
just finished the game (or at least i think so, i kinda believe that the test is not over)
If there's one complain it would be that C at server sequence. it only throw me off once, but would be much better without it. other also already pointed it out, so..
im also still wondering about the coffee, the credit, and a couple random number that maybe will lead somewhere. but anyway great game. love your stuff mojiken. keep it up
Well I finished it. But I'm wondering how to reset your data. I would like to replay it from scratch eventually. I even tried deleting the file and re-downloading the game. But it remembers. Reminds me of another Undertale situation. Got any advice? Thanks
Update: Okay my sister and I searched far and wide for these save files. Every time we thought we had a lead it would be a dead end. We deleted BIN files, TOC files, APP DATA, edited player information in the Mojiken Studios file. We even looked for common save data files such as . GAM,. SAV, . ROM. Nothing would give this game a fresh restart. My best advice to you is to make a new account on your computer and download the game. Or play it on a different computer. If you want to replay the game. Otherwise you'll be stuck forever with Work, Work, Work, Work and typing noises. Hopes this helps anyone else.
Wow! This game is absolutely awesome, loved all the ARG and decryption puzzles in there, and the game loop was insanely well designed. Was this inspired by stuff like Steins;Gate and Outer Wilds perhaps? I can see some similarities to both. I am very excited to see what comes next!
One bug I found: Whenever you access the pause menu, the background is still interactable. If you interact with things in the background while paused and press continue, the interaction is lost. It is only possible to bring it back by again pausing and interacting with the background, when you continue it will allow interaction again. This almost made me fail at 11:59
