I love it! GOOD JOB Developer! As a fan of the Ace Combat series, I can say that your game is great, instantly one of the best of its genre. It has all the things I could ask for.
I'm running the game on my 7700hq and a GTX 1060 3gb and it was buttery smooth, like AAA buttery smooth. I love how the game looks, especially when the "Atmosphere" changes when below or above the clouds, I just love that.
Other than that, I wish the UI/HUD was resizable, hopefuly more planes. I know everything is going to be rehauled like effects and textures are gonna be better (not that it already is beautiful) I cannot just wait to see this game out there more in the future.
This game has a lot of potential, like really, I can see this mainly as a multiplayer but continuing on adding stories to the campaign as well will give this game the boost that games like ace combat didn't really have after finishing the story.
I hope your doing good developer! Keep up the great work!
Let me be the first to say shut up and take my money, flying through clouds is awesome
AC7 can kiss my bottom
The music tracks are pretty awesome btw, but I would also suggest an option to allow custom mp3 tracks while playing.
If you want to get really fancy an api to allow someone to determine the angle of the plain in realtime, Then advertise on hackaday for someone to hookup a makeshift flight sim tilt machine.
Hey I saw your last update and I'm glad you added thunderstorms. Though there is something I really would like to see. Do you intend to implement giant clouds like there are in ace combat 7 ? Because in the demo there is just a layer ( which is awesome in itself ).
Oh and if project wingman is a success do you intend to make a franchise out of it with numbered titles ? It's be awesome
3 Questions.
1. Do you intend tocontinueto add missions once the program comes out?
2. Will usersbe able to save & upload missions for others?
3.Will we have afully functioning carrier with an Optical Light System we can actually see?
It's solid as a rock at the highest settings.Well done!
Intel i7-4770 cpu@3.40GHz. 16 GB of ram. Nvidia GTX-1070 GPU (stock).
I just got done playing it for a solid 8ish hours, and it was so much fun, the only thing i think it REALLY needs is more aircraft. You face F-14, F-15, F-16, and F-22 and i would like to see them as player controlled aircraft. That's really the only thing i see wrong with this game. Good job keep up the good work!!
What a game. Finally got to give it a good couple hour long session and I have to say I love it. I can only think of a few things I would really like to see. Smooth graphics, smooth controls, smooth gameplay all around. I do wish I could manually release flares. It is annoying having to juke when youre in the middle of a particularly nasty dogfight. I am trying the conquest/prototype mode right now and I love the difficulty level. Not too hard not too easy. All in all great game. Especially for a demo. Can not wait to see the finished product.
plays great, currently suffering from a problem with xbox one controllers, my key bindings are a little off for optimization and my right trigger can't be reassigned away from right yaw. I think you need to have an option to delete an input if you try to create a duplicate. Makes playing this particular version impossible for an xbox controller.
Hello RB-D2, i want to said that the project wingman is a great ace combat clone so far and i really hype to these game rather than Ace Combat 7 itself especialy your vr feature, that is only on psvr in Ace Combat 7, but i think there some thing that you should looking for :
1. Stall feauture, in these game the aircraft can flies in insane altitude even reach a 40000 alt above, i think you should add these feature in future like ace combat
2. Texture, there some a several texture that you should improved, especialy the terrain, and the skies graphic abovr the cloud, it still darker and uncompletely polished, i hope you'll fixed it soon
3. Optimization, okay this is only an addition, maybe you can optimized your game so it can reach all computer specs
4. For multiplayer, is up to you, want to add it or no :)
5. Radio Chat Sound Effect, in this case your vouce act is really good, only a radio chat sound effect has needed more improvement
Okay that is only my advise to you, overral i like your game, keep work, and i hope it would be released, i would support these game rather than AC7 :)
haven't had the thrill of playing a flying sim where i don't go down at the first 3 min of the game- i still do, but here at least i can go "hell, that was good. let's try again". that's a point in favor for ya, plus good ol' MISSION UPDATE keeping me on my toes at what we can see on the demo. no need to comment on the gameplay or the overall feel because all I can say is that i loved it, moments on both the mission demos (being at 5HP when the last two fighters appear or certain big bird making an appearence) and the conquest mode are what will keep this one on my disk, and on my watchlist. Cheers! Don't know what are the plans for the Conquest mode; I like the increasing difficulty over time, the whole "buy your planes" thing, and the menu hits me on a nostalgic vibe back when all I did was play Peace Walker, but without preparation the scaling can feel quite unfair- and here's the not a developer feedback: maybe add a way to reduce the alert level? Hell, best way I can think of is destroying some slow-but-tanky planes so you can try and not get drowned in aircraft damaged UI prompts.
again, I wish Project Wingman the best of the best, having tried it out is simply a gift from the team to the world.
also: gotta love that plane choice. no plane game is good enough if it doesn't have a su-27 equivalent for me.
Hello, I simply loved your work and waiting for it to improve even more. But I have some requests and I believe all these can improve your game. Can you add free-ride into the game? No enemies or anything, just the pure joy of fighter jets. And please add more fighters and maps. Like some snowy map, a desert, or a city. Keep up the good work. This is it, chief!
This game has continued to be superb. The only thing that I seem to have a problem with is is the conquest mode, as I find it irritatingly hard and even impossible to beat. Perhaps you could add in a save button to be able to go back to later if you fail? Or is that a part of the game that you intended to fit into the roguelike genre?
Hello,im amazed with your demo right here!, im using A 4gb RAM with I5-8250U CPU with MX150 GPU laptop , And i play this game preety much no Frame drop with custom settings . The utilization of this game is superb , i dont get it why the minimum requirement is quite demanding . but so far with a GT1030/MX150 ican play this at medium to high ( with custom Very high setting for texture) settings at 768p . Well done to the developer who made this game! If this game release next year , im happily givin my money :D
Hello,
This game looks so freaking amazing! Beutiful visuals and its got one of the best HUDs I've ever seen! The little details like the missile trails to the explosions are fantastic, plus the ability to look at your targeted enemy by holding down the target button is brilliant.
As an Ace combat fan, I really do wish the Ace Combat games would look as good as this one, as mechanics and visuals like this are something I expect off a AAA company. I do hope you guys continue developing this game and turning it into a masterpiece!
I'd like to ask if you guys have a donation link of some sort? Or has that closed down, I'm new to this website and I made an account in the anticipation of donating to your team!
Best wishes for your game!
I discovered this marvelous gem very recently and I love it so far. AC feeling is totally there and your music choice is perfect. I have few questions though...
Have you considered a Replay option for the final release (or even before within an update) ?
Is the final list of jets already defined (Su-35S, F-22, Rafale...) ?
Can we hope for a progression saving system for conquest mode in a (relatively) near future ?
Again, wonderful job guys, a real pleasure to fly and blow things up in your game, thank you !
