Sorry for the delayed response.

I'm not sure whether my savegame would help or not, since sometimes it will load 'black', and sometimes it will appear fine for 10 seconds or so.

I haven't been on top of updating my drivers lately, so maybe an out of date driver could be the culprit? I have very spotty internet, so I usually avoid such things, but might be worth a try.
