Can you use Scratch as an engine?

This is my first game jam, and as of right now, I only know how to use Scratch. No I do not know how to use anything else.

There's no any restrictions, and it's write "All engines/frameworks are allowed (Unity, Unreal, custom engines, etc)", so yes.

am using also scratch engine with convertor to scratch

I think you can only convert scratch2 (sb2) files into an .app or .exe format

yeah i have a website that can convert sb3 to html

so you can upload a html file

you can aslo convert html to apk for a app

am using windows i dont know if it works on mac so

there is a scratch converter that you have to use, other wise it won't work

You could link to the scratch project if all else fails.

Um it only converts scratch2 files to swf files

also, did you know that you can just make the game in scratch3 then convert it to a scratch2 file? https://github.com/RexScratch/sb3tosb2
