About the SFX -  in fact - that's a project I've been after for a while...
I  thought about doing a reference sheet to achieve simple sound effects using GB Studio's built in  beep and notes events.
There are nice possibilities just by playing with the pitch and notes...
Once I have  a free spot I will work on that.

I'm new to looking into resources for games and such that I haven't made myself. If I purchased this, can I use this in a commercial project? What kind of license would this have?

I'm interested in using some of these for a game boy project of my own. :) No plans to charge money for it but am thinking of releasing it on Steam when the time comes (if it does).

Yeah, a little bit of everything - from simple, short tracks to longer, more complex ones.
Having the source files also helps so you can adjust everything to your needs.
