Will the game be free when it releases on steam? And if you have to pay for it on steam, will there still be the older version for free?

i think it's said that the game would be $20 or so when it releases on steam, i'm willing to bet they'll have an old version as a demo

If it would costs 20 USD, then the CIS and Asian countries will feel uncomfortable

I'm wondering if we alrady have the free version if we're still going to have to pay for the steam version.
