Really creative mechanics and comfortable graphics. The idea of jumping into the water(?) and going back to the birth point without resetting the game is amazing. Somehow stuck at the level where the inverse button appears for the first time until I saw your hint to a previous comment.
Besides, I think it would be better if pressing WASD directly moves the character instead of turning the character to that direction first and only moves when you hit the same key again (unless you're planning to make puzzles related to the direction of the character).
A small bug: it seems that after hitting the spacebar to start the game, you can't move or eject unless you press P and restart the first level.
Loved the puzzles, designs are really cool and the style really fits. Really great job!
Really cool core mechanic. The matryoshka mechanic goes really well with the theme. My game also is a bit inspired by Matryoshka dolls(esp. the ending) haha. Feel free to check it out.
Puzzles ramp up quickly in difficulty but are managable. I had to really think to solve the later ones.
The graphics are a perfect fir for the game. My only suggestion would be to make switches more visually distinct. I did not notice that the white pedestal looking thing was a switch. Both the pressable part and the switch base were white and blended together since the model was so small. You could use a different material for the base.
The soundscape is very relaxing. It it the perfect chill vibes for a relaxing puzzle game.
Can't believe this was done in 48h. Excellent job!
It's super polished and the idea is very cool !! My grandma add one of those ahah
Wow! This is really good! The complexity of the puzzles, art, gameplay that too in 48 hours! We tried out a Nested dolls idea and it got me curious.

Honestly, I love puzzle games, and this one was really tough, but it's super original and genuinely a (long) and great experience! There’s really nothing to criticize—it fits the theme perfectly, the art direction is simple and effective, and the puzzles gradually increase in difficulty. For me, it’s one of the best games I’ve seen so far in the GMTK jam.

This was very impressive and well-polished! Great puzzle variety for such simple mechanics, I'm amazed you managed to do it in only 48 hours. I enjoyed the graphics too: simple, clean, and cute. I did struggle a bit with controls, it was a little too sensitive, but overall manageable. Well done!
That last puzzle was absolutely brilliant, that kind of moment is why I like puzzle games!
The graphics is very polished and beautiful, with clever idea and nice level design too!
Nesting dolls! That's an absolutely genius idea! And your puzzle design here is top notch too, you came up with some really good ways to mix up your core concept. This is way more impressive than I was expecting to see from a jam, let alone someone doing it in two days. It's a really smart package, and the music and sound design nicely tie the chill theme together.
The only thing here I can suggest to improve is the controls, I tended to tap to move instead of holding, and that felt a bit sticky - maybe due to waiting for the doll rotation? Also, there seems to be a bug on the opening level with a keyboard, where it stops registering inputs. I tried to figure out the underlying cause but couldn't find anything consistent. The doll rotates, but won't move.
An incredible cool and unique idea, loved it! It’s so simple yet so effective, makes for a very interesting game. Got stuck at this level (see screenshot), it seems to me that it’s impossible to solve, but probably I’m missing something?
Anyways, congrats on your submission! I’d be happy if you tried my game as well:https://lisyarus.itch.io/color-fractory
