The connection in this case was represented by the rope bringing 2 rivalling dogs together to find a way home, the physical rope and blacking out gives a visual aid for this concept.

Such a sweet little game! Great art and animation, had a Kingdom new lands vibe to the forest! Loved the little hint of story we had with the opening pictured, what a lovely little platformer, with a twist of the link! I'm glad i got to find the pack in the end!
A short, cute platformer/runner. Though, I was a little hesitant to keep reading the story, as there sometimes were obstacles on screen as well.
Nice relaxing game, I enjoyed reading along. Plus the artwork is beautiful, lovely character and level design. The controls felt a little clunky but I got to grips with them in the end. I would like to see how the ‘connection’ could be explored with different mechanics in other levels!
Short and sweet. Maybe a little boring sometimes due to the fact, that there's not much to do. But in the end I enjoyed it as it is - a short, relaxing experience with some story underneath :)
I really like the story, it's just not too fun with mechanics. You should definetly add more than just jump, and maybe use the connection somehow. Try to make it thematic, expressive. Don't just think "oh this'd be cool" think "what expresses these characters?"
Cute! There could've been a clearer indicator how far you could be from the other wolf before "defeat", or just stop one from going forwards when the rope length was at max. Also, could've used some gameplay elements to support the story, with the wolves actually helping each other, maybe in form of puzzles or a bear/human to defeat or avoid. The writing, art and music was good.
Cute art! Not really sure I get how things are connected however? There's a rope between the dogs but it doesn't actually do anything.
I liked the dogs, very cute.
he connection though is quite questionable? Or at least we'd like an explanation for connection gamedesign.
