Fantasmi (A Haunting) è programma televisivo statunitense sul paranormale, che racconta testimonianze oculari di presunte possessioni, esorcismi ed incontri spettrali. Il programma presenta narrazioni, interviste e rievocazioni drammatiche basate su vari resoconti di presunte esperienzeparanormali in luoghi presumibilmente infestati e per lo più residenziali.
Fantasmi originariamente è iniziato come due speciali,A Haunting in Connecticut eA Haunting in Georgia, che sono stati sviluppati da Allison Erkelens, che è stata anche la scrittrice principale. Gli speciali avevano come produttori esecutivi Tom Naughton e Nicolas Valcour per laNew Dominion Pictures.[1] Visti gli alti ascolti,A Haunting è diventata una serie settimanale suDiscovery Channel nell'autunno del 2005 ed è stata prodotta da Larry Silverman.[2]

Dopo quasi cinque anni di pausa, la New Dominion ha iniziato a produrre nuovi episodi diA Haunting nel 2012. Le stagioni dalla quinta all'ottava sono state trasmesse sul canaleDestination America dal 12 ottobre 2012[3][4] al 20 marzo 2016. A partire dalla nona stagione dello show, è andato in onda suTLC Network, dove è stato presentato in anteprima il 21 ottobre 2016 e si è concluso l'anno successivo il 30 ottobre 2017. Nel 2019, la decima stagione dello show è stata presentata in anteprima suThe Travel Channel.[5] Dopo una pausa di due anni, l'undicesima stagione diA Haunting ha debuttato il 31 dicembre 2021 su Travel Channel eDiscovery Plus.[6]
