There’s a new restaurant coming to Upper Norwood next week – andInside Croydon readers who want to get in early can get half-price mains dishes to try out the new Orleans Smokehouse on Beulah Hill.

The restaurant (what used to be the Beulah Spa pub, later a Harvester) officially opens next Tuesday. It will be the first from the business to open in all of London.
And diners who visit on Sunday November 23 or Monday November 24 (from noon to 3pm and from 6pm to 9pm) can take advantage of the terrific half-price offer on the Orleans Smokehouse’s main courses.

The management says: “At Orleans Smokehouse there’s nothing better than the big, bold, smoky BBQ flavours to bring to life the tastes of the Deep South. We cook ‘low ‘n’ slow’ – it’s the only way to do it right.
“There’s always something new sizzling on the smoker – from our Full Rack of Ribs to melt-in-your-mouth Smoked Brisket. And that’s just the start. Feast on King Prawn Po-Boys, juicy Burgers, hearty Brunch classics, tempting sides and indulgent desserts.”

Orleans Smokehouse is also teaming up with local non-league football club Croydon FC, and as part of its commitment to the community, they are planning to kick off the festive season with a Christmas light switch-on and live performance from Crystal Palace Community Choir on December 1.
