Gigi Aulsebrook, an Impact Entrepreneur Correspondent, is the Founder of Gia, a strategic consultancy dedicated to equipping actors engaged in impact with the tools, strategies, and resources needed to achieve their missions. Gigi specialises in impact strategy, raising capital, evaluations, advocacy, and research, focusing on creating measurable social change for startups, small and medium-sized non-profit organisations and corporations. By partnering with these actors through Gia, Gigi designs, advises and develops strategies that bridge impact and business challenges.

Gigi holds a wealth of experience with grassroots organisations and networks, and collaborated with diverse stakeholders to create impactful, ground-up solutions prioritising marginalised communities. Gigi's experience extends to collaborating with startups, accelerators and incubators, particularly through her work with entrepreneurial ventures that focus on scaling and sustaining impactful ideas. Her roles have encompassed advising, strategising, and implementing solutions tailored to the unique challenges of startup ecosystems. Gigi has also worked with multilateral partners, such as UNICEF, FAO and the EU, delivering high-quality reports, strategic frameworks, and evaluations. Her work has included leading multi-sector evaluations, designing methodologies, and executing large-scale monitoring projects.

Gigi, originally from the UK, holds a BSc in Geography and an MSc in International Development from the University of Bristol. Based predominantly in Istanbul, complemented by frequent visits to London, she combines professionalism with a bold, creative approach to delivering solutions that make a difference.
