Aminkhotip I (/ˌæmɛnˈhoʊtɛp/[3]) dariBahasa Mesir kuno "jmn-ḥtp" atau "yamānuḥātip" yang berarti "Amin" atauAmenophis I, (/əˈmɛnoʊfɪs/,[4]), fromBahasa Yunani Kuno Ἀμένωφις,[5] selain ituRaja Zeserkere (transliterasi:Ḏśr-k-R),[6] merupakanFiraun keduaDinasti kedelapan belas Mesir diMesir. Pemerintahannyaumumnya berasal dari tahun 1526 sampai 1506 SM. Ia adalah putra Ahmose I danAhmose-Nefertari, tetapi setidaknya memiliki dua orang kakanda,Ahmose-ankh danAhmose Sapair, dan tidak diharapkan untukmewarisi takhta.
