The room had air conditioning, a microwave, and a fridge. A nice seating area. The breakfast choices were solid, with several options at the cafe. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The fitness center looked good for those wanting to work out.

I had a lovely, relaxing night with a huge breakfast and enjoyed the luxurious spa bath in my suite. The fitness area and cozy lounge were perfect spots to unwind after my busy day. This place was just a strong match for a weekend respite in Ottumwa with excellent value for money. The room was a bit hot when we checked in, but the staff helped adjust the air conditioning quickly. Make sure to check your breakfast entitlement before heading down to eat.

the hotel has a fantastic downtown location near the alley. the staff was really friendly, making check-in a breeze. i really liked the gym, which was well-equipped. the ambiance has a lot of potential, and with some renovations, it could become a top spot!
