Family with children will love it!
Let me tell you, the bed was super comfortable and I was blown away by how clean and quiet the room was. We even had a $15 credit for goodies at the gift shop downstairs, which was a nice surprise and really helpful for the kids!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but considering the stay, it was still acceptable.

Couple Romantic Getaway
Staff was friendly and the patio area was such a nice place to unwind after a long day. I really enjoyed the game room too, played some air hockey that took me back to my younger days.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but overall I felt it was acceptable.

Housekeeping seemed inconsistent. despite requests, our room didn’t get cleaned until late into our stay. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired—limited options and stale bagels. Parking fees can hit hard, and navigating the add-on charges felt a bit sneaky.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities
I had an amazing time during my two-night stay in the King Room with Garden View. The room was spacious, modern, and offered a lovely view of the garden. The bike rental service was a fun addition that made exploring the city a breeze. The staff was exceptionally friendly and provided helpful local tips. One thing to improve would be clearer information about parking fees at check-in to avoid surprise costs.

a nice stay but room was too cramped
The hotel is in a prime location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. I appreciated the $15 credit for snacks, which added a nice touch to the stay.
The room felt a bit cramped for two people, which may not be ideal if you're looking for space.
